Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at Silhouette Shop. We strive to make our returns process as straightforward as possible while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and hygiene.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- In original, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage
- In the original packaging with all protective films intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons and due to their custom nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- All custom prescription eyewear (including Clear, Cat Eye, Rectangle, Round, and Rimless frames with prescription lenses)
- Any eyewear showing signs of wear or damage
- Items not in their original condition
- Products without valid proof of purchase
Please note: All sales of custom prescription eyewear are final.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Clearly mark your order number and reason for return on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to our returns address provided in your authorization email
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please indicate your desired alternative product (style, color, etc.) in your return request. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship your exchanged product using your preferred shipping method. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
