All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer either a replacement or refund for that item.

2.3 Custom Prescription Eyewear

Please note that all custom prescription eyewear (including Clear, Cat Eye, Rectangle, Round, and Rimless frames with prescription lenses) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective, due to hygiene reasons and their custom nature.

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement and not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will occur when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

3.3 Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

3.4 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After this period, standard order processing begins and cancellation may not be possible, especially for custom prescription eyewear which goes into production quickly.

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order with a full refund.

4.2 Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.

4.3 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

4.4 Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility as we have no control over these charges.

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Non-prescription eyewear may be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:

• In original, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage
• In the original packaging with all protective films intact
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and due to their custom nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• All custom prescription eyewear
• Any eyewear showing signs of wear or damage
• Items not in their original condition
• Products without valid proof of purchase

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Clearly mark your order number and reason for return on the package

5.4 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.5 Exchanges

For exchanges, indicate your desired alternative product in your return request. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship your exchanged product. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
